These policies cover purchases and bookings made through Learn Game Development India (LGDI), operated by Kushagra Nagar. By enrolling in a workshop or booking a session, you agree to the terms below.
Refund Policy
The ₹799 Live Online Workshop is a low-cost program that grants you immediate access to community resources, downloadable materials and live/recorded sessions. Because of this immediate access:
- Workshop enrolment fees are non-refundable once payment is completed and access has been provided.
- If we cancel or reschedule a batch and you are unable to attend the new dates, you may request a full refund or a free transfer to a future batch.
- If you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same enrolment, contact us and we will refund the duplicate/erroneous charge in full.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
Terms of Service
The service
Learn Game Development India (LGDI) provides game-development education through live online workshops, recorded content, community access and optional one-on-one career counselling. Course content, schedules and inclusions may be improved or adjusted over time.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details at enrolment so we can send you class links and updates.
- Use the community and materials respectfully; do not redistribute, resell or publicly share paid course materials, recordings or source code.
- You need a Windows PC capable of running Unity and a stable internet connection to participate.
Certificates & outcomes
A Certificate of Completion is awarded on completing the workshop. We share career guidance and resources, but we do not guarantee employment, income or any specific career outcome.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to deliver the service.
What we collect
- When you book a free consultation: your name, phone number, your preferred call time, and your quiz answers about your child's interest in gaming.
- When you enrol in the workshop: your name, email and phone number, plus the payment confirmation details returned by Razorpay (we never receive your full card/UPI credentials).
How we use it
- To contact you about your booking or enrolment, send class links, confirmations and receipts, and provide support.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Where it's stored
Your details are stored securely using Google Firebase. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay under their own privacy and security standards.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete your personal data at any time by emailing us. We'll action reasonable requests promptly.
